I always enjoyed working on medium to large scale projects with a preference for residential developments; the elevated level of complexity and required knowledge, the team of skilled consultants working towards a mutual goal - bringing a vision to life - never ceased to amaze me. Whilst this field has been a passion for many years (and still is), it can be challenging when not working with the right team.

 

In 2021, I re-evaluated my position and decided to leave the corporate world, to set up STARC +. It has been a journey, some great, some not so great experiences but as one say, 'Never a failure, always a lesson' and I thoroughly enjoy where I am today.

 

I still love doing development appraisals and look forward to hearing from developers who require support, whether to provide architectural services or as an extension to their team as design manager.
