BACKGROUND
My master thesis focused on contemporary additions to heritage buildings and urban settings, describing it as ‘Zeitgeist der Architektur’ and stating that it should reflect the most interesting technologies and ideas of current times. Whilst delivering the present, we are creating the future past and are contributing to a much bigger picture, the architectural and socio-economic evolution; written almost 20 years ago and yet it’s still what I believe in and why the construction industry excites me – it never stands still.
