K STARC

Being a Tier 1 contractor’s Head of Design & Innovation (2019 – 2021) made me realise the rather powerless position in a sense that a contractor will only ever be able to treat symptoms never the cause unless the client and design team drive a holistic approach from an early stage. It triggered the desire to undertake studies in Business Administration with a focus on construction interdependencies and lean working methodologies, which I completed in June 2022.

Forming a collaboration with K-Starc is an exciting step. The company was launched in 2024 and is managed by Marc Adamson, who brings with him 30 years of construction experience. Marc and I worked together on multiple projects and we strongly believe in the benefits of offering services that combine design and construction at any stage.​​​​
