With a Diploma in Architecture, a Masters in Historic Preservation, and a PG Certificate in Business Administration, I apply a holistic method that offers strategic planning during all RIBA stages from an economic perspective whilst placing an emphasis on design and positive working relationships. I enjoy working with clients and project teams who share my values and understand the importance of pre-construction processes, knowing that getting it right at an early stage will provide greater time and cost certainty during construction.

 

I am an advocate for inclusive design that extends beyond minimum regulatory requirements and champions the principles set out in PAS 6463:2022. Drawing on my understanding of the challenges neurodiversity can present in everyday life, I am committed to raising awareness within the architectural community.

 

I work with private and commercial clients.

PRIVATE CLIENTS:

 

  • @ £ 500.- * Space Study. This relates to internal work only and includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes issues and ideas, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale whilst explaining required processes. Further fees are subject to scope of work.

 

  • @ £ 750.- * Garden Room. This includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes constraints and opportunities, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale and concludes with either a planning application or Certificate of Lawful Development (statutory fees excluded). Further fees are subject to scope of work.

 

  • @ £ 1,500. - * Loft Conversion or single-storey rear extension. This includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes constraints and opportunities, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale and concludes with a planning application or Certificate of Lawful Development (statutory fees excluded). Further fees are subject to scope of work.

 

  • @ £ 2,500. - * Loft Conversion and single-storey rear extension. This includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes constraints and opportunities, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale and concludes with a planning application or Certificate of Lawful Development (statutory fees excluded). Further fees are subject to scope of work. 

 

 

COMMERCIAL CLIENTS:

 

  • @ £125. - * hourly rate. Price on request.
