With a Diploma in Architecture, a Masters in Historic Preservation, and a PG Certificate in Business Administration, I apply a holistic method that offers strategic planning during all RIBA stages from an economic perspective whilst placing an emphasis on design and positive working relationships. I enjoy working with clients and project teams who share my values and understand the importance of pre-construction processes, knowing that getting it right at an early stage will provide greater time and cost certainty during construction.

I am an advocate for inclusive design that extends beyond minimum regulatory requirements and champions the principles set out in PAS 6463:2022. Drawing on my understanding of the challenges neurodiversity can present in everyday life, I am committed to raising awareness within the architectural community.

PRIVATE CLIENTS:

Space Study   

• RIBA 1+2 @ £ 500.- * This relates to internal work only and includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes issues and ideas, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale whilst explaining required processes. Further fees are subject to scope of work.

​Garden Room   

• RIBA 1+2+3 @ £ 750.- * This includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes constraints and opportunities, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale and concludes with either a planning application or Certificate of Lawful Development (statutory fees excluded). Further fees are subject to scope of work.   

• RIBA 4 @ £ 1,250.- * Design + Build Package Garden Room. This includes detailed drawings for tender/ construction.

​Loft Conversion OR Single Storey rear extension   

• RIBA 1+2+3 @ £ 1,500. - * This includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes constraints and opportunities, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale and concludes with a planning application or Certificate of Lawful Development (statutory fees excluded). Further fees are subject to scope of work.      

• RIBA 4 @ £ 2,000.- * Design + Build Package Loft Conversion OR single-storey rear extension. This includes detailed drawings for tender/ construction.

 Loft AND single storey rear extension   

• RIBA 1+2+3 @ £ 2,000. - * Loft Conversion and single-storey rear extension. This includes a site visit, followed by a report that summarizes constraints and opportunities, presents design options, approximate cost and timescale and concludes with a planning application or Certificate of Lawful Development (statutory fees excluded). Further fees are subject to scope of work.   

• RIBA 4 @ £ 2,500.- * Design + Build Package Loft Conversion AND single-storey rear extension. This includes detailed drawings for tender/ construction.

Contract Administration

• RIBA 5+6 @  £ 350.-/ wk. This involves weekly site visist to monitor construction quality and administer the contract.

COMMERCIAL CLIENTS:

 @ £125. - * hourly rate. Price on request for projects up to 25 Mio.
